Welcome to the Elementary Division, where the foundation for learning begins. Through the International Baccalaureate (IB) Primary Years Programme (PYP) we foster the academic and social growth of the whole child.
Student development is enhanced by a strong relationship between the student, the teacher and parents. Our school works with the three learning partners to facilitate student development. We welcome your input and the chance for dialogue at our monthly Diwaniyas.
The elementary division which comprises grades PK (3 year olds) to grade 5 (10 year olds) is led by a diverse group of international educators. They develop and maintain a positive, nurturing atmosphere within a workplace of expectation. At AIS, the traditional and the new join to support and encourage the inquiring minds in this Middle East setting.
